A bright vibrant example of the popular Marlborough style, the 2022 Kopu Sauvignon Blanc opens with lively aromas of grapefruit, orange, passionfruit and sweet herbs. Ripe apricot, mandarin and currant flavours feature on a clean, well-balanced palate.

“Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is softly full, with aromas of passionfruit, lime, guava, cut grass, and lime blossom. Light-bodied, aromas of passionfruit, lime and guava have a taut core, melded with hints of cut grass and lime blossom. The fruit is fresh and vibrant, supported by zingy acidity, which drives a crisp, cleansing finish. Match with pan-seared sole and green-lipped mussels over the next 2-3 years.
